AT&T reporting that threat actors have extracted call and text records for nearly ALL of its mobile customers.....
Yes, you read that correctly. ALL
Details are still emerging about this breach. How it happened, what the downstream impacts will be, when and how will AT&T notify individually impacted customers (everyone).
Lawsuits will follow, federal law enforcement will be involved.
I know what you're thinking, well thank goodness I am not an AT&T customer....oh how sweet naiveté must be. Don't you worry, I have no doubt that other carriers are being targeted and slammed with breach attempts. Another big carrier could easily go down before years end.
