When I reach out, will I talk to a real person?

How does pricing work?
Every practice is different, so we don't quote one-size-fits-all pricing. After a free 15-minute Cyber Risk Consult and a scoping review, we give you a flat-rate monthly quote — one predictable invoice, no per-ticket charges for covered work. Price depends on factors such as the number of users and devices, the number of locations, the services you choose, and your compliance needs. Terms vary by engagement, and we spell them out up front.
Do you only work with practices in the Ohio Valley?
No. We provide routine, ongoing onsite support across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia and Tennessee from our Lexington, KY office. Remote services — cybersecurity and monitoring, remote IT support, security awareness training, risk assessments, HIPAA programs, and virtual CISO — are available nationwide, and defined-scope onsite projects outside those five states are available by agreement.
Do you support our practice-management and EHR software?
Yes. We already know the systems clinical practices run on — dental platforms like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental; medical EHR/EMR and imaging systems; and veterinary software like AVImark, Cornerstone, and ezyVet. Support never starts with "we'll learn your software." Specific versions and integrations are confirmed during your assessment.
