Business phone ยท A secondary service ยท Nationwide
Business phone & VoIP, run by the team that runs your IT.
Security and compliance are our focus โ but the practices we protect often want their phones handled by the same people. Modern hosted VoIP for clinics and agencies, supported end to end: one vendor, no finger-pointing. Hosted service is delivered nationwide; only onsite handset installation and cabling are tied to our Ohio Valley region.
What's included
A complete cloud phone system, set up correctly.
Real, modern VoIP capabilities โ configured around how a clinic or agency actually answers the phone.
Hosted cloud PBX
A modern cloud phone system with no PBX hardware to maintain in your closet โ we run it, update it, and keep it online.
Call routing & auto-attendant
Greetings, menus, ring groups, and after-hours routing so calls reach the right person โ or the right voicemail โ every time.
Voicemail-to-email
Voicemails delivered to your inbox as audio and text. Where messages can contain patient information, we configure delivery securely.

Take and place calls from your business number on a desktop app or smartphone โ useful for remote staff and providers on the move.
Number porting
Keep the numbers your patients and clients already know. We handle the port from your current carrier with minimal disruption.
E-fax
Send and receive faxes digitally โ still a fact of life in healthcare โ without a physical fax machine or a dedicated line.
Ongoing support
Moves, adds, changes, and troubleshooting handled by the same team that already runs your IT and security. One number to call.
Why REAL for your phones
Phones that don't become a second problem.
One vendor, no finger-pointing
When your phones, network, and security come from one team, a call-quality problem doesn't turn into your IT company and your phone company blaming each other. We own all of it.
Built on a healthy network
Voice quality lives and dies on the network underneath it. Because we manage that network, we can prioritize call traffic and fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
Right-sized for a practice
A phone system scaled to a clinic or agency โ the features you actually use, set up correctly, without enterprise complexity or cost.
A note for healthcare practices
If your voicemail, call recordings, or e-fax can carry patient information, the phone system is handling protected health information โ and the provider becomes a business associate under HIPAA. We configure those features with a signed BAA in place and secure handling, so messages that touch PHI aren't sitting unprotected in an ordinary inbox. It's the same documented, defensible approach we bring to the rest of your security and compliance program.
FAQ
Questions about business phone & VoIP.
Can you port our existing numbers?
Yes. Keeping your current numbers is one of the most common requests, and number portability is a standard, FCC-backed process. We coordinate the port from your existing carrier, schedule it to minimize disruption, and keep your old service active until the new system is confirmed working.
Does VoIP work reliably for a busy clinic?
Yes โ when the network underneath it is set up correctly. Voice runs over your internet connection, so call quality depends on adequate bandwidth and traffic prioritization. Because we manage your network, we configure it for voice and monitor it, and we can keep a backup path (such as cellular failover or mobile apps) so calls keep flowing if your primary connection has a problem.
Will it integrate with our workflow?
For most clinics and agencies the high-value pieces are auto-attendant menus, ring groups, voicemail-to-email, and mobile/softphone apps for remote and after-hours coverage โ all of which we set up around how your front desk and providers actually work. We scope any deeper integrations during the consult so we only promise what fits your systems.
Is it HIPAA-appropriate for a healthcare practice?
It can be, configured correctly. Ordinary phone calls in transit are not stored data, but voicemail-to-email, call recordings, and e-fax can contain protected health information. Where they do, the voice provider is a business associate, so we put a signed BAA in place and configure secure handling โ access controls, encryption where applicable, and sensible retention โ rather than leaving messages in an unprotected inbox.
How does pricing work?
Hosted VoIP is typically billed per seat or extension each month, scoped to your headcount and the features you use. After a short consult we give you a clear monthly quote โ and if we already run your IT and security, we fold it into one predictable invoice rather than another separate bill.
